Experience

For the 160 kilometer race it is necessary to have finished an ultra race of 80 kilometers or more. ​

For the other distances (105 kilometers and 55 kilometers), no previous experience is required but it is recommended to have Minimum run of 25 kilometers in a row.

Training

Before starting to train we recommend having a complete medical examination and telling your doctor what you plan to do.  An Ultra race requires serious and constant training. It should not be taken lightly.
