For the 160 kilometer race it is necessary to have finished an ultra race of 80 kilometers or more.

For the other distances (105 kilometers and 55 kilometers), no previous experience is required but it is recommended to have Minimum run of 25 kilometers in a row.

Before starting to train we recommend having a complete medical examination and telling your doctor what you plan to do.  An Ultra race requires serious and constant training. It should not be taken lightly.
